How it all started

Hi!
My name is Oleg Zhin, and I am the proud owner of Onemoretask LLC, a company specializing in residential and commercial remodeling, repairs, and renovations.

Seven years ago, I made the life-changing decision to move to the United States and begin a new career from the ground up. What started as a passion for helping friends with garage repairs and pre-sale home renovations soon turned into a full-time profession.

I gained hands-on experience working over 100 hours a week for Clementi Properties, a family-owned property management company. During my 1.5 years there, I managed maintenance, emergency repairs, and full remodels across more than 100 properties, developing a deep understanding of the trade.

Afterward, I transitioned to working independently, starting with small handyman services for my Nextdoor neighbors. As demand grew, I established Onemoretask LLC to provide professional, high-quality services to a broader client base.

Since launching the company, I’ve completed projects ranging from minor electrical repairs to full-scale renovations of multi-story buildings. I take pride in maintaining long-term relationships, having served over 50 repeat clients for more than five years. My portfolio includes maintenance work for The Flipside Restaurant Group, and subcontracting for general contractors such as Crescent Communities Development Company.

At Onemoretask, my mission is simple: to deliver dependable, detail-oriented repair and renovation services that exceed expectations and keep properties in top condition.
